Decibel (26/Julio/2013 Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil)

Definitivamente creo que la magia radica en la sencillez, hace algunos meses pude conseguir un disco de vinyl que tenía algunos años buscando , “El Poeta del Ruido“ (1979) álbum de la banda pionera de música electrónica experimental mexicana, Decibel.
Hoy con el pretexto de mostrar las nuevas adquisiciones del Museo Carrillo Gil y dando la bienvenida al nuevo curador Guillermo Santamarina , después de mucho tiempo de no hacer un en vivo, Decibel se presentó sin mucho aspaviento ni escándalo ante un aforo muy pequeño abarrotado de unas 100 personas aproximadamente.
Música de colores, con atmósferas construidas a partir de ruidos, estados de ánimo cambiantes en un pequeño viaje de casi una hora. Decibel seguirá haciendo su trabajo como lo ha hecho durante mas de 30 años , sin poses, sin grandes montajes, sin mucho ruido, sin volverse un gran suceso, sin públicos masivos, ni reconocimientos, simplemente cumpliendo con seguir siendo un referente por ser pioneros y leyendas del underground.
